 There is no substitute for superb quality, and Jimi Graves exemplifies just that as a career musician with a high profile. Throughout his career, he has played in bands which have opened for top performing acts such as The Who, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Jimmy Buffet, Loggins and Messina, Edgar Winter, REO Speedwagon, Styx and the Charlie Daniels Band. He toured with Rock n Roll hall of famers the Coaster’s for a year and after that was recruited by Allman Brothers drummer, Butch Trucks, to put together a blues/fusion group where he spent two years touring the U.S. with the Butch Trucks Band. Later on he began teaching Derek Trucks (guitarist for the Allman Brothers band and Eric Clapton) guitar beginning at the age of 8 years old. His talent is unparalleled; his sound, dexterity and broad knowledge of various guitar styles make him a master in any playing arena. He is truly a treat to watch!
